Custom Cool Goods

If we have written permission from the company we can.  A vector file is preferred when submitting your request.

More than likely we can!  Please send us an email at hello@lajywelding.com or CLICK HERE to submit your request.
Someone will contact you within 3 business days.  Custom designs typically take longer to create.  Please allow extra time for custom creations.

Pricing all depends on the product, size, design & cut time.  Once we have all in information we need we can provide a quote to you.

Product Information

Your new Cool Good(s) may have sharp edges.  Please handle with care and caution to avoid injury or damage to objects/walls in and around your home.  It is recommended to use proper hanging hardware.  Lajy Welding is not responsible for any damages or injuries arising from the use or mishandling of your Cool Good(s).  At all times please handle with care.

We offer several different sizes of all of our products. The size of our square products represents the side length. The size of circle products represents the diameter. The rest of our products are measured from the longest length (whether it be height or width) of the product.

Gauges are used to specify the thickness of a sheet metal. The lower the gauge, the thicker the metal. For example: 14 gauge steel is thicker than 16 gauge steel.

We will create your item exactly as you specify on your order. If the product calls for you to pluralize your name please do so in the Personalized field provided.  If you are unsure how to pluralize, please visit merriam-webster.com for a great explanation.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Immediately after purchase, your order enters our production queue which means time and resources have already been allocated.  We may be able to cancel your order, however, a fee maybe applied depending on where we are with your order.  You can submit a request by emailing design@lajywelding.com.

All sales are final. We take great pride in customer service and ensure that every piece that leaves our shop is thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and will be more than happy to help resolve any problems.

Shipping and Local Pick Up

We are working on the shipment process for our fire rings.  At this moment we offer pickup at our shop in Milton, ON.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is shipped with tracking information.

All orders are made to order, which takes some time, however we ensure to do our best for a quick turnaround time. Orders are processed and shipped within 12-16 business days. Generic items may take less time to process. Please allow additional days for delivery. Should we be experiencing high order volume, we will contact you via email. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

Shipping delay may happen on occasion. If you are experiencing shipping delay, please contact the shipping courier with the information on your Shipment Confirmation email. If you are not able to resolve the issue with the shipping courier, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help escalate.

Our shop is located at 52 Steeles Ave. East, Milton, ON.  Our office hours are from 7:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri.

If you are not able to pick up your order during our office hours, you will need to select shipping.

You will need to contact the courier with your tracking number to file a missing mail claim.  You can find all information needed for the claim on your order notification.

We currently ship within Canada for a flat rate of $10.
